What is SMS Alert? Monitor and control your equipment with your cellphone.
A system idealy suited to protect your assets, even if you're miles away from home our your factory,farm, whatever, as long as you have a celphone, you have protection.
• SMS Alert 9 has 9 inputs and 3 outputs and connects to existing alarm panels. With SMS Alert 9 Alarm Plus you don’t need an existing alarm panel to connect it to. It monitors 6 zones and has 2 outputs. SMS Alert 1 has 1 input and 1 output.
• SMS Alert instantly sends you and up to three other cellphones an SMS or missed call the moment your alarm is triggered. Or be alerted when there is cable theft, or your electric fence goes off, or if there is a power failure.
As the unit is designed for bi-directional communication, you can also use it to control and monitor your machinery and equipment.
• You can install SMS Alert in your home or office by connecting the unit to your existing alarm system or using our combined SMS Alert Alarm system.
• The inputs of the system are programmable. Each input sends a different SMS to your cellphone. See page 4 of manual for programming. This gives you complete control by enabling you to send an SMS back to the unit instructing it, for example, to switch your lights on or open your electric gate, through the relay outputs. See page 4 of the manual on how to programme the outputs.
• It also has a listen-in function/microphone - you can phone the SMS Alert if you think there are intruders in your house. The unit will not ring out loud.
• The product has negative and positive jumper selectable, optically connected trip inputs. It needs 12V to function.
OTHER OPTIONS:-
SMS Alert Plus/Alarm is a lockup and go alarm system and does not require an existing alarm. It is a 6-zone, 2 switched relay.LED and siren output device. You can arm or disarm the system via SMS, remote control or key switch. A walk-through test and zone bypass can be performed.
PepperGas defender Mechnism connects to the SMS Alerts. The user can then activate pepper gas remotely through the SMS Alert when he or she is convinced a burgulary is in progress.
SMS Alert Wireless Intercom is a complete intercom sytem that consist of an SMS Alert 9
and a 3-button, pre-wired BPT Gate Station. The intercom system will allow communication with up to three users. The outputs can be used to open a gate via SMS or recognized missed call. There are 5 remaining inputs and 3 outputs left for other use.
